How does Pluto work?
You fill out a short online intake. Ketamine and hormones include a video visit with a licensed Texas clinician. Everything else is reviewed from your intake, and your clinician only reaches out if they have a question.
If you're approved, a licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it to you in a plain box.
No membership fee. The price you see is the price you pay. Not approved? Full refund.
Can I get more than one treatment?
Yes, and it costs less. A second treatment takes 10% off your whole order, every month. Your clinician checks the combo first.
Popular pairs: estradiol with progesterone, testosterone with a weight loss treatment, and ketamine with whatever else you're working on.
Do you take insurance?
We don't bill insurance, but we take HSA and FSA cards plus all major credit and debit cards.
You can also send your itemized receipt to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Check with your plan first.
Is Pluto safe and legal?
Yes. Independent, licensed Texas clinicians make every medical decision, and you can message yours anytime through the private patient portal.
Your prescription is filled by a licensed, accredited compounding pharmacy and ships straight from the pharmacy to you. It never passes through Pluto.
It comes with a pharmacy label in your name, so you can travel with it. Use it exactly as prescribed.
Right now we serve Texas, with more states on the way.
Pluto isn't for emergencies. In a crisis or a medical emergency, call 911 or dial 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Is there a contract?
No. Pause, skip or cancel anytime in your account, at least 4 days before your next renewal.
Want to stop? You stop. No fees, no fine print.
Do veterans and first responders get a discount?
Yes. 15% off every treatment, for life. Verify once with GovX ID in your cart and it applies to every order.
How fast will I get it?
Most people get it 3 to 5 days after their clinician approves it.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. The pharmacy texts or emails you a tracking number when it ships. Your patient portal shows which pharmacy has your order, under Prescriptions.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
- Marked delivered but not there? Contact support and we'll open a claim with the pharmacy.
- Damaged? Keep everything, box included, and contact support. We'll sort it out with the pharmacy.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We take orders 24/7, but most carriers don't deliver on major holidays. Need it by a certain date? Order early.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped. Contact support within two hours of ordering. Once it's in transit, the address can't change.
How discreet is shipping?
Very. Plain box, nothing about your medication on the outside, and neutral wording on receipts and shipping emails.
What is the refund policy?
If your clinician says it's not a fit, you get a full refund automatically. It can take up to a week to show up, depending on your bank.
Once the pharmacy has made your medication, we can't refund it. That's a safety rule for prescriptions.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@plutocare.us. We reply within one business day.
What if I cancel after it ships?
Once it ships, it can't be refunded, even unopened. Pharmacies can't take prescriptions back.
Do you offer store credit?
No. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
What weight loss treatments do you offer?
- Tirzepatide as a dissolvable tablet (ODT).
- Semaglutide + vitamin B6 as a dissolvable tablet.
Both are GLP-1 medicines, made by a licensed U.S. pharmacy into a form you take by mouth instead of a shot. Your clinician decides if one fits and sets your dose.
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Is this Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound?
No. Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and Zepbound® are FDA-approved injectable products made by Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly. Pluto does not sell them and is not affiliated with either company.
Pluto prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy as a tablet that dissolves on your tongue. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, are not generic versions of those brands, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.
What results can I expect?
It depends on you: your starting point, your dose, how consistently you take it, and how you eat and move. Your clinician starts you on a dose and adjusts it over time.
We don't promise a number. Results from studies of the FDA-approved shots don't carry over directly to compounded forms you take by mouth.
