Can I purchase more than one treatment?
Absolutely. At PlutoCare, we view mental, physical, and sexual health as one connected system. You can stack treatments—whether for mental health, weight-loss, longevity, or sexual wellness—and they’re designed to work together. For example:
- Mental Health via ketamine therapy underpins every goal i.e. metabolism, motivation, relationships and can be paired with all our offerings.

How does PlutoCare work?
PlutoCare is a telehealth service that connects you with board-certified U.S. providers for needle-free, at-home treatments. After completing a brief online health questionnaire, you schedule a virtual consultation(for ketamine therapy only). Once approved, your personalized treatment—with all dosing instructions—is shipped directly to your address.
We will NEVER ask you for bloodwork or upcharge you for a doctor guided plan or membership fees. What you see is what you get. Straight forward, science back treatments, designed to fit into your life.
Does PlutoCare accept insurance?
PlutoCare accepts Apply Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, HAS/FSA plus all major Credit/Debit cards.
We do not bill insurance directly. However, you may be eligible to submit your itemized invoice to your insurance, HSA, or FSA for potential reimbursement. We recommend verifying your plan’s reimbursement policies in advance.
Is PlutoCare safe and legal?
Our pharmacies are licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP), accredited by the PCAB Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board, and LegitScript Certified
Is there a subscription or minimum commitment?
There’s no long-term contract. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime—with no penalty—by logging into your account at least 5 days before your next shipment.
If you decide to stop, you simply stop—no “early termination” fees or catch-all clauses.
How does PlutoCare support veterans and first responders?
We offer a 20% lifetime discount on all services for veterans (active duty, retired) and first responders. Get verified at checkout through GOVX ID for your discount code.
How long until I receive my treatment?
Once your consultation and health questionnaire is reviewed and approved. Your prescription is sent directly to one of our pharmaceutical partners. Processing and shipping times can vary. Typically, we see our customers receiving their treatments within 3-5 days of approval.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. When your order ships, you will receive a text or email with a tracking number directly from the pharmacy fulfilling your treatment. Locate your pharmacy via Patient Portal / Prescriptions. You can contact them for status updates at any time.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
- If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact support immediately. We’ll open a claim directly with the pharmacy partner on your behalf.
- For damaged items, retain all packaging and contents, then reach out to support. We will work on your behalf with the pharmacy to resolve the issue.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We process orders 24/7. However, most carriers do not deliver on major U.S. holidays. If you need your treatment by a specific date, plan accordingly and order well in advance
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped. Contact support within two hours of placing your order to update your address. Once the package is in transit, address changes cannot be made.
How discreet is shipping?
All packages are mailed in plain boxes from our pharmaceutical partners. Your invoice and shipping notifications use neutral language. Your treatment or RX will never be on the exterior of the box.
What is the refund policy?
We process refunds quickly and automatically for any treatment if deemed ineligible after your consultation. However, refund timing can vary based on your bank or payment provider, and it may take up to one week to appear in your account.
We cannot accept refunds for products that have already been processed by our pharmacies due to safety and regulatory reasons.
How do I request a refund?
Log into your PlutoCare account, go to “Help → Returns & Refunds,” and submit a request with your order number and reason. Alternatively, email refunds@plutocare.us. Expect a response within two business days.
What happens if I cancel after my kit has shipped?
If you refuse delivery or return the unopened kit it is not refundable due to safety and regulatory reasons.
Do you offer store credit?
Not at this time. All refunds will be processed and refunded to your payment method.
