Still have questions?

We're here to help. Reach out and our team will get back to you shortly.

How does PlutoCare work?

Pluto connects you with independent, board-certified U.S. clinicians who prescribe needle-free treatments you use at home. You start with a short online health questionnaire. Ketamine therapy and hormone therapy also include a video visit with a licensed clinician. Everything else is reviewed from your intake, with no call unless your clinician has a question.

If you are approved, your prescription is filled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped to your door in plain packaging.

No membership fee. The price you see is the price you pay. Labs are only needed if your clinician asks for them. Not approved? Full refund.

Can I purchase more than one treatment?

Yes. Add a second treatment to your plan and 10% comes off your whole order, every month. Your clinician reviews everything together to make sure the combination is right for you.

Popular pairings: estradiol with progesterone, testosterone with a weight treatment, and ketamine therapy with anything else you are working on.

Does PlutoCare accept insurance?

PlutoCare accepts all major Credit/Debit cards plus HSA/FSA.

We do not bill insurance directly. However, you may be eligible to submit your itemized invoice to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We recommend verifying your plan’s reimbursement policies in advance.

Is PlutoCare safe and legal?

Yes. PlutoCare is both safe and legal. All medical care is provided by independent, board-certified, licensed U.S. clinicians. Your provider reviews and approves your treatment plan and is available to discuss your health history, dosing, and any treatment questions through our private, HIPAA-compliant patient portal.

Once approved, prescriptions are processed and fulfilled by FDA-registered compounding pharmacies that are licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP), accredited by the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB), and certified by LegitScript. Medications ship directly from the pharmacy to your door and never pass through PlutoCare.

Because all treatments are doctor-prescribed and dispensed by accredited pharmacies, they are safe to use, travel with, and consume as long as you follow your provider’s instructions.

PlutoCare is currently available to patients in Texas, with plans to expand to more states in 2025.

PlutoCare is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 right away or dial 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Is there a subscription or minimum commitment?

There’s no long-term contract. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime, with no penalty, by logging into your account at least 4 days before your subscription renewal.

If you decide to stop, you simply stop. No “early termination” fees or catch-all clauses.

How does PlutoCare support veterans and first responders?

We offer a 15% subscription discount on all treatments for veterans (active duty, retired) and first responders. Get verified at checkout through GOVX ID for your discount code.

Is Ketamine safe?

Yes! Ketamine has been approved by the FDA in 1970 for anesthesia. Over the past 50+ years, it has been administered to millions of patients worldwide with a well-characterized safety record.Researchers first published case reports and trials in 2000 demonstrating rapid antidepressant effects in treatment-resistant depression (TRD) patients, and subsequent studies throughout the 2000s expanded its off-label use for depression, PTSD, and other disorders. Ketamine has been FDA-approved as an anesthetic since 1970. In 2019, the FDA approved esketamine (a ketamine derivative) for treatment-resistant depression. PlutoCare prescribers may use ketamine off-label when clinically appropriate. Hundreds of thousands of patients have undergone off-label ketamine treatment worldwide over the past two decades. Our providers will review all potential risks, contraindications, and safety measures with you during your virtual consultation.

Which conditions does Ketamine treat?
  • Major Depressive Disorder (treatment-resistant)
  • PTSD and Complex Trauma
  • Generalized and Social Anxiety Disorders
  • Select Chronic Pain Syndromes (off-label)
  • Alcoholism and Dependency Disorders
Can I combine Ketamine with other PlutoCare treatments?

Yes, when your clinician approves it. Ketamine therapy can be paired with weight care, hormone therapy, sexual health and longevity treatments. Your clinician reviews your full list of medicines first. A second treatment takes 10% off your whole order, every month.

What weight-loss treatments does PlutoCare offer?
  • Tirzepatide as a dissolvable tablet (ODT) or daily drops.
  • Semaglutide + vitamin B6 as a dissolvable tablet.

Both are GLP-1 medicines, the class behind the biggest shift in weight care in decades, compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy into a form you take by mouth instead of by injection. A licensed clinician decides whether one is right for you and sets your dose.

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Is this Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound?

No. Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and Zepbound® are FDA-approved injectable products made by Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly. Pluto does not sell them and is not affiliated with either company.

Pluto prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy in a sublingual form. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, are not generic versions of those brands, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.

What results can I expect?

It depends on you: your starting point, your dose, how consistently you take it, and how you eat and move. Your clinician starts you on a dose and adjusts it over time.

We do not promise a number. Results reported in studies of FDA-approved injectable products do not carry over directly to compounded sublingual forms.

What longevity treatments does PlutoCare offer?

NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin, each as a nasal spray or a troche that dissolves in your cheek.

Looking for testosterone, estradiol, progesterone or DHEA? Those live in Hormone Therapy, with a video visit included.

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Are these treatments clinically validated?

The ingredients we use have been studied, and the evidence is stronger for some than for others. We do not claim any compounded longevity treatment is proven to slow aging or extend life.

Your clinician can walk you through what is known about the one you are considering. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.

How often do I need lab work?

For most Pluto treatments, no. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and asks for labs only if something in your history calls for it.

Hormone therapy can go either way. After your video visit, your clinician decides whether you need labs. If you had labs in the last 3 to 6 months, you can upload them in your patient portal. If new labs are needed, we give you several low-cost options.

What sexual health treatments does PlutoCare offer?
  • Dissolvable tablets (ODT): compounded sildenafil, tadalafil or both, with an optional oxytocin blend. For erectile dysfunction.
  • PT-141 nasal spray: a peptide that works on desire rather than blood flow. For men and women.
  • Sildenafil + testosterone troche: both in one dissolving troche, taken as needed. For men. Includes a video visit.

A licensed clinician decides what fits you. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.

What is Oxytocin? And why is it an optional add-on?

Oxytocin is a natural “bonding” hormone that enhances emotional connection, arousal, and orgasm quality.
Oxytocin works best alongside your main sexual health treatment (e.g., testosterone cream or ODT erectile support) to boost intimacy and reduce performance anxiety. It’s optional because not everyone needs that extra emotional lift, and you can use it only when you want a stronger bonding effect.

Do I need lab work or hormone panels?

For most sexual health treatments, no. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and asks for labs only if something in your history calls for it.

Anything that contains testosterone is different. It includes a video visit, and your clinician decides whether you need labs. Recent labs (last 3 to 6 months) can be uploaded in your patient portal. If new ones are needed, we give you several low-cost options.

What hormone treatments does Pluto offer?

For him: testosterone cream, testosterone troche, and a sildenafil + testosterone troche.

For her: estradiol cream, progesterone cream and low-dose testosterone cream.

For both: DHEA cream.

Everything is prescribed only if a licensed clinician decides it is right for you. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Do I have to do a video visit?

Yes. Every hormone plan starts with a video visit with a licensed clinician, and it is included in your price. Testosterone is a controlled substance, and hormones need a real conversation about your history, your symptoms and your goals. You book it right after checkout.

Do I need labs?

Not always. After your intake and video visit, your clinician decides. Many people on low-dose therapy start without new labs.

If you had labs in the last 3 to 6 months, upload them in your patient portal. If your clinician needs new ones, we give you several low-cost options. Lab fees are not part of your plan price.

Why creams and troches instead of injections?

No needles, no clinic trips for shots, and a small daily dose instead of a big one every week or two. Injections usually cost less per dose, and we will not pretend otherwise. Your clinician can talk through the tradeoffs with you.

Who is hormone therapy not for?

It is not for anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to get pregnant, or men trying to father a child soon (testosterone can lower sperm count). It may not be right if you have a history of breast, uterine or prostate cancer, blood clots, stroke or heart attack. Your clinician reviews all of this at your visit and makes the call.

What if I am not approved?

You get a full refund, automatically. It usually lands back on your card within 7 business days.
